"My son has autism and we drive an hour from our home in Wear to have his teeth cleaned and checked every 6months. We have been coming to Childrten's Dental for about 10 years now since we moved to NH from CT. We have tried a couple of dentists closer to our home but because my son is not as cooperative as most, they didn't take the time to actually "clean" his teeth. "Dr. Wullbrandt and staff are super cheerful, kid-friendly, relaxed, and informative. The waiting room and office is always warm and inviting. My kids love chatting with the staff, hate to leave, and always ask in the months leading up to their next appointment when they will be able to go back to the dentist! I feel confident as a mom that my options are given to me regarding preventative care and treatment of teeth. Dr. Wully always greets me, explains any treatment, and asks if i have any questions about anything. He's a pretty low-key guy- but keep your ears open and don't be surprised if he starts busting out a tune...singing along with the music being played in the office. This always makes me chuckle! "Every time we have gone the staff has been so patient and kind. From the moment you walk into the door, to the moment you are checking out, it is a great experience for all. I drive an hour to bring my kids here since we moved. I highly recommend them! The Dr. is extremely patient with kids, takes the time to explain everything to me, and makes sure we are all comfortable, as do all the dental assistants. One of my kids is shy-but has come around with each visit because she knows what to expect here. I trsut them. They *love* getting their "report cards" and always leave with a smile! "I was visiting my mom from Maine when my son began complaining that his tooth hurt. I looked at his tooth and to my surprise, there was an abscess above his front right tooth. I immediately went into panic mode. I had a friend that went to Dr. Wullbrandt so I called. I was completely blown away by his kindness and compassion, he was concerned that my son was in pain and volunteered to meet us at 9 pm that very night!! I made an appt for the next morning (Saturday) at 9 am. Dr. Wullbrandt is a fantastic dentist and was very patient and kind. I would recommend him to anyone!
